adjusting

while Spencer is busy trying to finish up the semester (only 2 weeks left!), I am trying to figure out how to get Andrew on a schedule of sorts. He went to bed last night at 8:30 which was a welcome change from 10:00! We're also trying to implement real naps. He's getting tired of the black and white and is now moving onto colors and especially lights. He'll sit in my lap and stare at the ceiling light for a long time...so we went out a bought a Christmas tree with lights which he loves! We're still trying to catch his smile on camera but he only smiles when we don't have the camera in hand...as soon as we grab it, he stops :-)
